Sam is the Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer of ROLA Holdings, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy and portfolio development. He is also the CEO and co-founder of Premium Merchant Funding, founded in 2014, where he has overseen company operations, built a global presence with 22 offices, and driven business growth across multiple financial products.

In addition to his work at ROLA and PMF, Sam has founded a real estate firm and an alternative financing fund. His investment portfolio spans real estate, technology, biotech, industrials, and the arts.
