Israel began his career at RBC Capital Markets as a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions team, where he advised clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. During his time at RBC, Israel worked in an industry-agnostic role across asset classes, with a focus on Real Estate, Healthcare, Technology, and Industrials. He successfully closed three transactions within the Healthcare and Industrials sectors.

Following his tenure at RBC, Israel joined ROLA Holdings as an Investment Associate. In this role, he is responsible for evaluating and performing due diligence on new investment opportunities, supporting the firm’s strategic growth and deployment initiatives.
