Abe Burger is the General Counsel of ROLA Holdings and plays a key role in overseeing the legal aspects of the firm’s operations. He also serves as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Premium Merchant Funding, a role he has held since 2014. At PMF, Abe has led the legal department, developed underwriting guidelines, and implemented risk management procedures for a portfolio exceeding $3 billion in small business financing across the U.S., U.K., and Canada.

Abe holds a J.D. from Fordham Law School and lives with his family in Long Island, New York.
